A major North Carolina based furniture retailer needed to replace their existing website design to take advantage of the growing market for online furniture buying. In order to be more appealing to user personas of all varieties, research was conducted to determine the most common search patterns in their market. The final site provides greater flexibility in accessing site content, and logical compatibility with modern CMS software.
