Scan-Optics

In an industry overflowing with tech-speak and gear head mumbo-jumbo, Scan-Optics needed a way to stand out and make a bold impact with buyers at trade show events. While their competition was using technical diagrams and cross-sections of scanners to sell their products, we crafted the Scan-Optics story into a kinetic typography animation piece, and we told it in a big way—52 inches big, on a flat screen television in their booth. We kept the booth minimal with banner stands and one-sheets, and this animation was the centerpiece. A progressive soundtrack mixes together with a fast-moving, eye-catching visual story to form a video that casual observers can drop in on at any point and still walk away with an important vignette about the company.
